Kanmail Keyboard Shortcuts

Almost everything in Kanmail can be done from the keyboard. Press ? at any time to open the in-app shortcut cheatsheet, and rebind any shortcut under Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts.

Navigating the board

If nothing is selected, pressing any arrow key selects the first thread on the board.

`↑`	Select the previous (newer) thread in the current column
`↓`	Select the next (older) thread in the current column
`←`	Select the previous column
`→`	Select the next column

Acting on the selected thread

After archiving or trashing, Kanmail selects the next thread so you can keep going — hold Shift to select the previous thread instead.

Zoom

Use ⌘ on macOS and Ctrl on Windows & Linux.
