Kanmail End User License Agreement

By purchasing a License Key and/or downloading and using the Software, You agree, without reservation, to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree with the terms of this EULA, please do not purchase a License Key and/or download and use the Software.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

License

OxygemDigital Inc hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Kanmail software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to use Kanmail on any devices under your control, provided the license key holder is the primary user. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Kanmail software.

No oral or written advice given by OxygemDigital Inc, its dealers, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and You may not rely upon such information or advice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OxygemDigital Inc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or data use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the site or any content provided on or through the site.
